A cover I did for this trade paperback novel~ It's a remake of an old novel I believe.Went a bit different style, a more dark approach with more blacks, also imitate more painting effect~

ok for the part of art and drawing...ok...it is yes excellent skillll...
but i hate any thing opposing our ancient egyptian history...like this Novel..Anubis was a respectful God in ancient egypt and he was the God of mummification and death side gate keeper, he is responsible for the caring for the bodies and recently deceased, he checked the balance of scales in judging the souls of the dead, supported the mummy during the opening of the mouth ceremony....in short he the watch dog the lord of mummy wrapping counter of hearts, lord of the holy land...
it is not old fashioned concept of mine...just this fantasy god is respected in history...in the same time....we cant compare this to a murder
but i love the art style and drawing
